Some of you are spending way too much time on things that don’t really matter. In all seriousness, when unions continue to survey school employees and consistently find teachers are working at least 15 hours per week overtime, something is very wrong.

Let’s be honest. If a 55-hour work week is your constant – which unions say it is – even though there are only 25 teaching hours in a week, you’ve got some serious changes to make.
